Privacy Policy

Overview
Coverage Clock (“we,” “us”) is published by Prime Dev Force LLC and operated by Syed Emaz Ali. This policy applies to coverageclock.primedevforce.com, including its Spanish pages under /es/, and to the Home Insurance Navigator plugin for Claude. It describes what is collected when you use the site, who receives it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Information you send us. If you email emaz@primedevforce.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment card details, passwords, or full policy numbers.
Calculator inputs. Our calculators compute estimates in your browser. The dates and numbers you enter are not sent to our servers or stored by us. Note that analytics (below) still records that you visited the page.
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-0DK5MZNWWD) on our pages. It may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect page views, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and on-site interactions such as clicks. We use this to understand which guides are useful and to improve the site.
Hosting data. The site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify and its infrastructure providers process technical request data such as IP address, user-agent, requested pages, and timestamps in order to deliver and secure the site. We do not have a user-level view of these logs, and their retention is governed by Netlify’s policies.
Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and browser details.
Affiliate and outbound links. Some links to insurance quote services, software, or other products go through Sovrn Commerce (sovrn.co) or similar affiliate networks. When you click one, the network and the destination site may set cookies or record the click so that a commission can be credited to us. We do not receive your personal details from those sites. Pages with such links carry a disclosure near the link.
2. How we use information
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and its content.
- To respond to emails and requests.
- To measure traffic and the performance of affiliate links.
- To comply with law and protect against abuse.
We do not use your information to make insurance decisions about you, and we do not sell, underwrite, or broker insurance.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some state laws, such as California’s, treat sharing data with analytics or advertising-related partners as “sharing” or a “sale” in a broad sense; see Section 5 for your choices.
4. Retention
Emails are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward, generally no longer than 24 months, then deleted. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account, and server logs are kept by Netlify under its own schedule.
5. Your choices and rights
- Cookies and tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use a content blocker, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Access, correction, deletion. Depending on where you live (for example California, Texas, Florida, Massachusetts, and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out of sharing. Because we hold little more than email correspondence, the quickest way is to email emaz@primedevforce.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days, and will not discriminate against you for making a request.
- Verification. We may ask you to confirm you control the email address you write from.
6. Home Insurance Navigator plugin
Home Insurance Navigator is a free Claude plugin published by Prime Dev Force LLC. It consists of instructions only and runs inside your own Claude session. It has no server, and Prime Dev Force does not receive your conversations. Anything you type is handled by Anthropic under Anthropic’s own privacy policy. If you follow a link from the plugin to coverageclock.primedevforce.com, this policy applies from that point, including the analytics and cookie disclosures above. Those links carry a utm_source=claude_plugin tag so we can count visits that come from the plugin.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party sites
We link to regulators, insurers, and other sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own.
10. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and the site is intended for U.S. homeowners. If you visit from elsewhere, your data is processed in the United States and by the providers above.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the “last updated” date when we do. Material changes will be noted on this page.
