Terms of Service

Effective date: October 12, 2026 · Last updated: October 12, 2026

Overview

These Terms govern your use of coverageclock.primedevforce.com (the “Site”), including its guides, state pages, calculators, and Spanish pages. The Site is published by Prime Dev Force LLC, operated by Syed Emaz Ali (“Coverage Clock,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Educational information, not advice

Coverage Clock provides general educational information about homeowners insurance, non-renewals, and state insurer-of-last-resort programs such as FAIR Plans. We are not an insurance company, agency, or broker, not a law firm, and not a government agency or any state’s insurance program. We do not sell, quote, bind, or issue insurance. Nothing here is personalized insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice or creates a professional relationship. For advice about your policy, contact your insurer, a licensed agent or broker, an attorney, or your state insurance department.

2. Rules change; verify before acting

Notice periods, deadlines, eligibility, and program terms vary by state and policy and change over time. We cite official sources where we can, but content may be incomplete, outdated, or not apply to your situation. Our detailed coverage is limited to California, Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Texas. Confirm current rules with the relevant regulator, your policy documents, or a licensed professional before relying on anything here, particularly where a deadline is involved.

3. Calculators and estimates

Calculators and ranges are estimates for general planning. They are not quotes, offers, eligibility decisions, or legal determinations of your deadlines or premium, and they depend on the inputs you provide and simplified assumptions. Do not make an insurance, financial, or property decision based only on a calculator result. Calculations run in your browser as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. No guarantee

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful personal, educational, and research purposes. You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe others’ rights through your use of the Site;
  • disrupt, overload, probe, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
  • introduce malicious code; or
  • present our content as official government guidance, an insurer quote, or advice from a licensed professional, or suggest we endorse you without written permission.

You are welcome to link to our public pages.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s original text, design, graphics, and compilation belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, print, and share links for personal, non-commercial reference, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Republishing, bulk copying, or automated scraping of substantial content, or commercial reuse, requires our written permission. Statutes and other public materials keep their own legal status, and third-party materials belong to their owners.

7. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

We link to regulators, insurers, programs, and other sites for convenience and verification. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or services, and a link is not an endorsement by or of them.

Affiliate disclosure: some links, such as to insurance quote services or home-management software, are affiliate links. If you click and take a qualifying action, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Pages with such links carry a disclosure near them. Commissions do not make a product suitable for you; review the provider’s terms and privacy policy before proceeding.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including analytics and affiliate tracking.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coverage Clock, Prime Dev Force LLC, and Syed Emaz Ali will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Site, including missed deadlines, coverage gaps, or insurance decisions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of this may not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory laws of your state of residence apply. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot be waived.
